Summary
The author presents ten theses for a certain meaning of evaluation of university teaching. Therefore evaluation should not be an instrument applied to teaching for external assessment but an integral element of an interactive (teaching and learning) process. Consequently external experts can only be consultants but never responsible for evaluating measures.
