Summary
The first part of the paper sums up the essential points of evaluating a tutorial program at the Vienna Institute of Communications. One key result was that having a training in didactics, communication and social skills with the tutors would improve the quality of the program. The project has already been running for two years now. The following paper gives an outline of goals, contents, strategies, organization of the training program, the learning process of the tutors and to what extent the goals have been achieved.
