Comparative Law seen from a strictly legal perspective is a well
known, sometimes underestimated field of juridical studies. It could
be a lot more than this. Comparative law offers splendid examples
of problem solving at a very sophisticated stage, adaptable for
business teaching purposes. Seeing civil law as the "Business
Code of one country and juridical administration as Organisational
Design makes it possible to discuss many recent business-issues
on the basis of legal questions. This article is more of an exercise
in pondering the practical usefulness of comparative law than a
comparative study itself.
