Management Education by Comparative Law

Comparative Law seen from a strictly legal perspective is a well known, sometimes underestimated field of juridical studies. It could be a lot more than this. Comparative law offers splendid examples of problem solving at a very sophisticated stage, adaptable for business teaching purposes. Seeing civil law as the "Business Code” of one country and juridical administration as “Organisational Design” makes it possible to discuss many recent business-issues on the basis of legal questions. This article is more of an exercise in pondering the practical usefulness of comparative law than a comparative study itself.
