State Management - Coaching Teachers and Students

Inner states of teachers and students influence the quality of teaching and learning, e.g. if they feel motivated, powerful, quiet or frustrated. To some extent inner states can be formed voluntarily. This ability can be trained. There are a lot of possibilities how teachers can regulate their own inner states as the states of their students and improve their teaching by that way.
