Since 1999,at Johannes Kepler University Linz exists a human resource development project for the staff of the administration. During the ongoing changement all members of the university are confronted with new challenges and need new qualification measures on the one hand and continuing education on the other hand. Meanwhile,the internal training program represents the most advanced instrument of human resource development in this program. The trainings put strong emphasis on quality. |
