Summary
The paper describes activities for stimulating bottom-up-approaches in the field of electronic media under the DELTA-Programme. The focal point of the Austrian contribution were pedagogic concepts for video conferencing, especially the development of a dramaturgy for this fairly new way of communication. The article deals with the beginnings - the search for possible solutions to improve social competence with video conferencing. Detailed aspects of implementation will be dealt with in one of the next issues.
