Evaluation and Quality Management
Summary
The following article tries to elucidate what evaluation can be and wants to be, especially the question which goals and purposes are aspired to reach and which methodological implications are connected with different goals. The second part compares responsive evaluation with the KAIZEN-conception. After giving a short overview about this conception the last part tries to show consequences for an evaluation conception for universities.
