Admission for Foreign Graduates: Experiences with a New Test
Summary
Registration of foreign graduates up to now was based only on quantitative comparison of curriculum hours. A new test allows for a survey of individual knowledge in several disciplines. Thus, the requirement of additional entrance examinations prior to registration now is not only based on quantitative but also on qualitative aspects. There has been quite favorable experience with this system in the first year of administration.
