Decentralized Organizational Development in EuroStudyCentres
Summary
The following article describes the decentralized claims of the development of organization in EuroStudyCentres. Proceeding from a two-stage qualifying model of the EADTU the importance of conceptions developing organization, the elements of staff development as well as a seminar model to realize the tasks described are being shown. Thus the complex structural demands in this field of distance teaching systems shall be underlaid with efficient methods of action.
