Networking and Contradiction in Security Policy
Summary
Policies of security and peace are changing. New potential threats and opportunities broaden the area of responsibility and qualify "inside" and "outside" as well as questions of development in technology. Prevention and avertion require thinking in terms of networks and the respect of contradictions. The joint thinking of scientists and users of science offers a socially relevant contribution here.
